We work with you to ensure our handmade pieces meet and, more often, exceed your expectations. However, in the unlikely event of a request to return, we would happily accept incorrect items or products that are faulty or damaged on arrival – you’d simply need to email email@example.com and we would quickly arrange a credit voucher or exchange.
We will ensure that you receive product care tips to keep your pieces looking and feeling faultless, but should any harm come to them (e.g., sun or water damage), we can’t accept returns but can be on hand to offer advice.
Though made of high quality fabric, our pieces are naturally susceptible to excessive sun and water damage as well as general wear and tear. If taken good care of, they will last you a lifetime.
